With 2-3 flexible days per week available and a practice that's actively renovating and modernising, this is a role built around clinical autonomy and long-term stability.

• £15 per UDA with a flexible, negotiable UDA target

Who We're Looking For

• GDC-registered Associate Dentist (essential)
• Valid NHS Performer Number (essential)
• Full right to work in the UK
• Comfortable working across routine NHS and private treatments
• A clinician who values autonomy and works well within a supportive team

• 4-surgery practice with new dental chairs and a fully digital setup
• All digital X-rays and R4 practice management software
• A practice that does not micromanage - you'll be trusted with your clinical decisions
• Actively renovating and investing in equipment and environment
• Forward-thinking principals committed to continued development
• Visiting implantologist and cosmetic dentists on site - great for referrals and informal learning
• Predominantly NHS with a growing private arm - currently around 33% private with clear room to grow
• Friendly, experienced team including a therapist and part-time principals
