What's on Offer - £13.50–£14.50 per UDA – rate dependent on experience
- Approximately 1,000 UDAs per day worked (across the year)
- Minimum 4 days per week
- Stable, inherited NHS list, the practice is not currently accepting new patients
- Proven private potential
- Access to Dentally practice management software and PAL AI diagnostics
- Digital X-rays throughout
- Mentorship available from experienced principals with specialist interests
- Flexible start date
Who We're Looking For - GDC registered
- NHS Performer Number
- Comfortable working with digital systems and keen to embrace new technology
- Confident communicator - able to discuss treatment options clearly with a diverse patient base
- A growth mindset - someone who wants to develop alongside a growing practice, not just fill a seat
- Portfolio required
About the Practice - A 4-surgery NHS practice in Leeds with one surgery available for the incoming associate
- Dentally software with PAL AI for X-ray analysis - a genuinely tech-forward setup
