We are currently working with a well-established two-site mixed practice group in the Huddersfield area looking to welcome an Associate Dentist to their team. This is a great fit for someone who wants a busy NHS diary with genuine private growth, supported by a team that invests heavily in training and modern dentistry.

About the practice

• Two nearby sites (option to work across one site or split between both)
• 3-surgery site + 6-surgery site with strong local demand
• Modern, digital set-up: Dentally software, CBCT, intraoral scanners, digital imaging, rotary endo equipment
• Supportive culture with a focus on ethical dentistry, good standards and development

The role

• Mixed Associate position with a clear commitment to NHS and strong private potential
• Private upside supported by a conversion-focused approach (clinically appropriate “upsell” model)
• Work alongside a team offering a range of dentistry including implants, teeth straightening, composite bonding and advanced endodontics
• Nursing support is strong
• The group is keen to recruit as soon as possible and would particularly value support over the next couple of months (while remaining flexible on start date)

What’s on offer

• £13 per UDA (NHS Associate)
• Private income split: 50%
• Lab fees: 50/50
• 2-5 days per week, Monday to Friday (no weekends)
• Ongoing mentoring + funded/encouraged CPD with a principal who is “big on courses”
• Free parking

Requirements

• GDC registered
• NHS performer number essential
• Confident delivering NHS dentistry to a good standard, knows limitations, safe/ethical approach
• More experienced clinicians welcomed (less day-to-day guidance required)
