Our client is an established mixed practice in Runcorn. They are currently looking for an Associate dentist to join their team. This opportunity suits a clinician who enjoys a strong NHS flow, wants a high UDA rate, and values a well-organised, supportive team.

About the practice

• Mixed practice: mainly NHS with scope to build private (based on your interests and patient demand)
• New surgery fitted in 2024 - modern environment designed for efficient workflows
• Fully computerised with rotary endodontics
• Principal/owner on-site 4 days per week (hands-on leadership and clinical support)
• On-site parking and a stable nursing team

The role

• Working days: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (practice ideally wants 3 days, but 2 days considered for the right Associate)
• NHS commitment: 3,000–6,000 UDAs/year (negotiable)
• Clinical scope: General dentistry with the chance to grow private work alongside NHS
• Support: Consistent nursing support and experienced colleagues to help you deliver confidently and efficiently

What’s on offer

• UDA rate: £14 - £16 per UDA (DOE)
• Earnings example: up to £96,000 for 3 days at top-end UDA rate and volume
• Private income: additional upside from an expanding private base
• Start date: negotiable
• Low-risk option: start as a locum to get a feel for the practice before committing

Requirements

• GDC registration (essential)
• NHS performer number (essential)
• UK-qualified or overseas-qualified welcome (performer number required)
