A mixed NHS and private dental practice in Preston is seeking an Associate Dentist to join the team on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for a motivated General Dentist / Associate Dentist who enjoys a busy list, values clinical autonomy and wants strong earning potential. You’ll take on a well-established NHS and private patient base with around 27–30 UDAs per day and an earning potential from £100,000 - £150,000+ per year for a full-time clinician (depending on experience and private uptake).

About the practice

You will be joining a modern, well-organised practice with a loyal, mixed patient base and consistently full books. The surgeries are contemporary and well-presented, with digital X-rays and access to CBCT/OPG and fully computerised software. The practice is easily accessible from Preston and the wider Lancashire area, with good transport links, nearby amenities and free on-site parking for clinicians.

The role

• Associate Dentist providing a mix of NHS and private dentistry
• Around 27–30 UDAs per day (to be finalised at interview)
• General dentistry with scope to grow in areas such as restorative, endodontics, oral surgery and cosmetic work
• Strong support from Practice Management, Therapists, Qualified Nurses and Treatment Coordinators
• Opportunity to shape and grow your private diary over time

Requirements

• GDC-registered Dentist
