We are recruiting for an Associate Dentist to join a modern, well-established 3-surgery mixed practice in Carrington (Greater Manchester/Trafford). This role suits a clinician who enjoys high-quality general dentistry and wants a clear pathway to build and convert their own private book over time.

What’s on offer

• Up to £13 per UDA
• 50/50 lab bills and 50/50 private revenue
• Digital practice: iTero scanners, rotary endo system, digital radiography
• In-house Treatment Co-ordinator to support case acceptance, patient journey and follow-up
• Ongoing support from an experienced clinical lead/senior dentist, plus a wider team that’s used to mentoring dentists at different stages

• Clinical interests welcomed (ideally 2+): implants, Invisalign/short-term ortho, cosmetic bonding/smile makeovers, restorative dentistry

Requirements

• GDC registration
• Active NHS Performer Number 
• Commitment to excellent patient care and willingness to develop private dentistry through ethical conversion
