Our client is a well-established mixed dental practice in Bolton looking to welcome an Associate Dentist into a progressive, supportive environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys a busy diary, wants access to modern equipment, and is keen to develop further within a practice with strong NHS demand and a large private patient base.

About the practice

• Recently upgraded 5-surgery practice with a friendly, “family feel” culture
• Strong local reputation with consistently positive patient feedback
• Part of a multi-site dental group across Greater Manchester/Cheshire (scope for additional sessions across sites for the right candidate)

The role

• Mixed Associate role with excellent private dentistry demand alongside NHS
• Opportunity to work in a practice with an IV sedation / oral surgery contract (ideal for clinicians with an interest in advanced care pathways)
• Clinical exposure available across: cosmetic dentistry, smile makeovers, composite bonding, short-term ortho/aligners, and implants (dependent on experience and interests)
• Supported by an in-house Treatment Co-ordinator to help convert and manage private treatment plans

What’s on offer

• Competitive UDA rate £12.50 - £15 (dependent on associate or locum role) + strong UDA contract availability
• 50/50 private split
• Flexible working: 2–5 days per week available (part-time/full-time)
• Associate or locum option available
• Technology & kit may include: CBCT, OPG/digital radiography, digital scanners (e.g., iTero), rotary endo systems, microscope
• A genuinely supportive setup: experienced senior clinicians for mentoring, plus a cohesive team including hygienist/therapist, long-standing nursing and reception support, and strong practice leadership

Requirements

• GDC registration (essential)
• NHS Performer Number (required for NHS work)
• Confident delivering high-quality general dentistry; interest in cosmetic/ortho/implants/restorative is highly beneficial
