We are recruiting an Associate Dentist for a busy, modern mixed NHS/private practice in Stockport. This opportunity suits a clinician who wants reliable NHS delivery (up to 5,500 UDAs available) alongside genuine private growth, supported by a highly experienced team and significant marketing investment.

About the practice

You’ll join a well-established, 8-surgery dental centre with a strong reputation locally, including 850+ Google reviews and a clear focus on patient experience.

The clinic is fully digital, using iPads in every surgery to support patient communication, treatment acceptance and consent. It’s conveniently located in Stockport, with a nearby train station within walking distance.

The role

• Associate option: up to 5,500 UDAs + private income (mix includes cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign/clear aligners, implants, facial aesthetics and oral surgery)
• Days: 2–5 days per week, with optional weekend work available for those who want additional earning potential
• Pay: UDA rate between £12 - £13 with 45% private split
• Support: strong leadership from an experienced practice manager, lead clinician team and clinical advisors, plus long-serving nurses and an established hygiene/therapy offering

Development & progression

You’ll have access to structured in-house development, including peer reviews, shadowing opportunities and funded CPD (with up to £1,000 course contribution). There are opportunities to build skills in short-term ortho, facial aesthetics, sedation, minor oral surgery and implants through collaboration with experienced clinicians.

Locum option (also available)

Prefer flexibility? Locum sessions are available at £15 per UDA, ideal if you want to trial the practice, increase your weekly days, or cover short/medium-term needs.

• GDC registration (essential)
• Active NHS performer number (essential)
• UK experience in mixed/NHS settings (preferred)
