A modern mixed NHS and private dental practice in Wigan is looking for a permanent Associate Dentist to join its friendly, supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated General Dentist / Associate Dentist seeking a stable, long-term role with strong earning potential and access to excellent technology.

You will inherit a full, well-maintained NHS and private list, working in a newly refurbished surgery with large windows, a brand-new chair and bracket table, TV and sofa in surgery, and a dedicated qualified dental nurse. The practice offers a high standard of clinical care and a strong focus on training, peer support and professional development.

The role

• Permanent Associate Dentist position
• Full-time or part-time 
• Working hours: 8:30–17:00 Monday to Thursday, 8:30–13:00 Friday
• Approx. 6000 UDAs at £13 - £15 per UDA
• 50% private income split on all private work
• Mixed NHS/private list with significant demand for restorative and implant dentistry

Requirements

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (or equivalent)
• GDC-registered Dentist with active NHS Performer Number
• Valid indemnity insurance and right to work in the UK
• At least 1 year’s experience as an Associate Dentist
• Patient-focused, clinically driven and confident providing a full range of general dentistry
