A well-established, family-run dental group (non-corporate) is recruiting an Associate Dentist for its flagship 6-surgery practice near Worsley. This is a high-demand site with a full NHS book and real private growth, ideal for a dentist who wants stability, support, and modern dentistry.

The role

• Associate Dentist | Full-time, Part-time or locum (up to 5 days/week)
• Up to 7,500 UDAs
• £13 - £15 per UDA
• 45% private split
• Predominantly NHS, with scope to build private list
• Mon–Fri
• Ideally minimum 3 days/week (flexible for the right person)
• Target start: mid-January

• Fully computerised with Dentally
• iPads in every surgery
• iTero scanner
• OPG on-site
• Rotary endodontics as standard
• Strong restorative kit (e.g., sectional matrix for posterior composites)

Clinical support & in-house services

• On-site minor oral surgery support (experienced oral surgeon)
• In-house implantologist
• Sedation-trained team
• Invisalign dentists
• Practice offers Cosmetic Dentistry, Invisalign & Facial Aesthetics

Development opportunities (genuine, supported)

• Develop short-term ortho / Invisalign with clinicians in the group
• Build facial aesthetics experience
• Opportunity to train to provide sedation
• Observe & learn minor oral surgery
• Observe & learn implant dentistry from an in-house implantologist

Requirements

• GDC Registration (required)
• UK-trained preferred
• Comfortable with NHS delivery and motivated to grow private ethically
